We are planning a community-wide meeting in January 2018 to address concerns about the proposed White Horse Car Wash at Festival at Manchester Lakes Shopping Center.

There is an upcoming Planning Commission public hearing about the White Horse Car Wash that will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. Please note that the date and time are subject to change. Planning Commission meetings are held in the Board Auditorium of the Government Center at 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, VA 22035.

Please be on the lookout for the yellow signs posted at the site of the proposed carwash confirming the public hearing date.
