Police Report Assault, Robbery at Embassy Suites Parking Lot

Fairfax County Police say that someone was assaulted and robbed Monday afternoon in broad daylight at an area hotel parking lot, south of Springfield Town Center.

Police say the robbery took place Monday at around 4:13 p.m. in the 8100 block of Loisdale Road (see map). That’s the address of a local Embassy Suites Hotel.

The victim was in the parking lot of the hotel and was approached by a man, police say. The suspect demanded money, assaulted the victim and fled, according to police. The victim incurred non-life-threatening injuries.
