Police Report Indecent Exposure Incident in Manchester Boulevard Area

Fairfax County Police say an incident exposure incident took place Friday morning in a parking lot off of Manchester Boulevard.
The incident took place Friday at about 10 a.m. in the 7000 block of Manchester Boulevard, police said. A 17-year-old was walking to her vehicle in the parking lot of a shopping center, according to police.
The suspect was sitting in a gold-colored older, four-door sedan in the adjacent parking spot to the victim, police said. When the victim approached her vehicle, the suspect exposed himself, according to police. The victim yelled at the suspect and the suspect fled, police said. The suspect was described as a black male, according to police; no other description was given.
