Robbers Strike Outside Springfield Town Center: Police
A robbery in broad daylight happened over the weekend at Springfield Town Center, according to police.
SPRINGFIELD, VA — Fairfax County Police say a person was robbed outside Springfield Town Center Saturday, Dec. 21.
The robbery happened around 12:31 p.m. as the victim was walking to his car. According to police, two men approached, and one grabbed the victim from behind and demanded money. The suspects took money and fled afterward. There was no mention of a weapon or injuries.
The first suspect is described as a black man between age 25 and 30 with black hair and a muscular build. The second suspect is described as a black man between 25 and 30 with a skinny build.
