SPRINGFIELD, VA—An alarming multiple-car crash during the evening rush hour Tuesday caused more delays than usual on Interstate 95 in Springfield.The crash happened around the 5 p.m. hour on southbound 95 just before Fairfax County Parkway. One of the cars flipped over and came to a stop in the middle of the road. The driver was able to escape, and no injuries were reported.All southbound lanes of 95 had been closed for some time.
