Search For Fairfax Teen Missing For 1 Year Continues

A Fairfax teen who went missing one year ago may still be in the local area.

FAIRFAX, VA—Authorities are renewing calls for the public to help find a teen on the one-year anniversary of her disappearance. Monica Reyes, now 17, went missing Jan. 12, 2017 in Fairfax. According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, she is believed to still be in the local area.

Reyes is described as a Hispanic teen with brown eyes, pierced ears and black hair, although her hair may be dyed red or brown. She is 5 foot 2 and weighs about 110 pounds.
