UPDATE: Missing Springfield Man Has Returned Home

Fairfax County Police said Friday that a man reported missing by his family this week has returned home.

Omar Sediqi, 21, of the Springfield area, was reported missing by family members on Wednesday, May 7. 

Detectives determined he was last seen on Wednesday, May 7, around 4 p.m. at the Cardinal Forest Plaza shopping center. His vehicle was later located in the parking garage of the Franconia Springfield Metro Station.

Detectives said they had reason to be concerned for his well-being and asked for the public’s help in locating him. 

Police did not give any further details about Sediqi's disappearance and return.
