VDOT Truck Overturns On Telegraph Road
BREAKING: Parts of Telegraph Road are closed due to an overturned VDOT sand truck.
NEWINGTON, VA—A Virginia Department of Transportation sand truck overturned Thursday morning on Telegraph Road in the Newington area.
The truck overturned just before Fairfax County Parkway on Telegraph Road. It did not appear any other vehicles were involved. There was no immediate word on injuries.
The accident temporarily shut down northbound lanes of Telegraph Road near Belvoir Place. As of 11:15 a.m., all lanes have reopened.
