Victim Assaulted, Robbed at Hooes Road Park Wednesday

Suspects are described as Hispanic males; incident took place at about 1:07 a.m.

Fairfax County Police say that a man was assaulted at a local park on Wednesday. Here are the details, provided by the crime report released today:

ROBBERY: 7200 block of Hooes Road, 09/09/15 at about 1:07 a.m.The victim met with two women he had spoken to on social media. After meeting, the three walked to Hooes Road Park expecting to meet two additional individuals. Upon arriving at the park, two men arrived and assaulted the victim, took his property and fled. The victim incurred non-life-threatening injuries. The suspects were described as Hispanic males, in their late teens. One was approximately 6 feet tall, about 260 pounds, long hair, mustache, and wearing a white T-shirt, black shorts and black shoes. The second suspect was approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, short hair, with a small build and wearing a white tank top and cargo shorts.
