Cars Rifled Through, Valuables Stolen: Prince William Police Offer Tips
The thefts from have occurred in the area between Vint Hill Road and Linton Hall Road, according to Prince William County Police.

BRISTOW, VA — Prince William Police say they've noticed a recent uptick in thefts from unoccupied vehicles between Vint Hill Road and Linton Hall Road, usually between midnight and 7 a.m.
Among the stolen items: cash, iPads, smartphones, laptops, wallets, purses and a garage-door opener.

Take Out Valuables: If you can leave your valuables at home, do it. Otherwise, when you get to your destination, take your valuables with you. If you have to leave them in your automobile, put them in your trunk before you get to your destination. This includes firearms! Please do not leave a firearm in your vehicle unsecured!
Lock Your Vehicle: Always lock your vehicle even when parked in your own driveway!
