IHOP Manager Assaulted After Breaking Up Fight
Prince William County police: Unknown suspects fled before authorities arrived at Manassas Mall restaurant.

A manager of the IHOP at Manassas Mall sustained injuries from an assault early Saturday after he broke up a fight in the restaurant, acording to rince William County police.
At 3:07 a.m., officers responded to the IHOP at 8300 Sudley Road in Manassas to investigate reports of an assault. The victim, a 40-year-old Springfield man, told police that he was the manager of the business and that a fight had broken out inside the restaurant.

After escorting two of the parties from the premises, one of them, an unknown female, returned, according to a police report. When the manager attempted to escort this individual from the restaurant a second time, three unknown men approached and began to assault him.
The victim was unable to describe the assailants, the police report said, and he suffered minor injuries. The suspects fled the area prior to police arriving at the IHOP.
