Manassas Christian School Offers 3 Camp Programs

Manassas Christian School is proud to offer Camp Edventure for the 2016 Summer Camp season! Camp Edventure begins June 13th, 2016 and ends on August 26th, 2016. Families are welcome to pick and choose the weeks they would like to attend, but once they attend this one-of-a-kind experience, your child may just want to stick around for the entire summer. This exciting camp has three separate offerings that allow campers to work their way toward “graduating” to the next level of camp each subsequent year.

Our first offering is Camp Edventure Day Camp for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. This camp coordinates activities around a weekly theme, such as Geocaching or the Challenge Course. Field trips and swimming round out this camp so that campers may experience variety of activities during a typical week.

The Edventurers Camp is for 4th and 5th graders that want to have a specialized focus on their week. Campers that join this group can choose to experience First Lego League, All about electricity, and archery, just to name a few. Edventurers Camp serves as the building block for our next offering in middle school.

Middle School Challenge is offered to 6th through 8th graders that are ready for an exciting, busy, and challenging experience. Middle schoolers will have the opportunity to have an in-depth experience with VEX Robotics, programming and coding, canoeing, archery, and many other concentrated areas. In addition to the content emphasis, middle schoolers will also swim and go on field trips during their camp experience that is sure to leave them with that “good” kind of tired.
