Police: Indecent Exposure Suspect Is At Large

The Prince William County police are looking for the suspect in an indecent exposure incident that occurred Thursday morning in the Manassas area.

At 10:34 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to the report of the incident in the 10200 block of Launch Circle, according to a police report. The victim, a 46-year-old Manassas woman, told police that she was walking in the area when she observed an unknown man expose himself and make an obscene gesture.

The victim immediately contacted police, and the suspect left the area. No other contact was made between the two parties. The officers checked the area and did not locate the suspect, the police said.

He's described by police as a black man, between 20 and 25 years of age, 6 feet tall and weighing 175 pounds with a thin build and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black mask, black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and black shoes.
