"The force of the collision pushed the flagger into the northbound lane where he was inadvertently struck by the driver of a 2014 Mercedes C250," according to a police report. Lee was pronounced dead at the scene.
Lee was dressed in a florescent green vest and pants holding a stop sign mounted on a metal pole, according to police.
