Robbery Victim Awakes To Find His Wallet Missing

A Bristow man is recovering after being knocked out and robbed shortly after midnight Sunday in the Manassas area, according to the Prince William County police.

The victim, 24, told police that while walking in the area of Irongate Way and Community Drive, off Sudley Road (Route 234), he was approached by three men he didn’t know. One suspect struck him from behind in the head, causing him to lose consciousness.

When the victim awoke, he noticed his passport and an undisclosed amount of money were missing, a police report stated. The man was unable to give the police any information on the suspects.

The police took the victim’s report on Tuesday night at the Novant Health Haymarket Medical Center, at 15225 Heathcote Blvd. in Haymarket, where he was being treated.
