Dates and Times for Back to School Nights in McLean

A new school year in Fairfax County begins in just six days, and it won’t be long after that before the arrival of Back to School Nights at schools throughout the county.

FCPS formally released the dates and times for the Back to School Night at each school. Below is a list of dates for schools in McLean:

• Chesterbrook Elementary School: Thursday, Sept. 17, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

• Churchill Road Elementary School: Wednesday, Sept. 9, 7-8:30 p.m. (K, 1, 3, 5); Thursday, Sept. 10, 7-8:30 p.m. (2,4,6)

• Cooper Middle School: Thursday, Sept. 17, 6:30-8:30 p.m. (7); Thursday, Sept. 24, 6:30-8:30 p.m. (8)

• Forestville Elementary School: Tuesday, Sept. 15, 6-8 p.m. (K-3); Monday, Sept. 21, 6-8 p.m. (4-6)

• Franklin Sherman Elementary School: Wednesday, Sept. 16, 6:30-8 p.m.

• Great Falls Elementary School: Tuesday, Sept. 29, 6:30-9:15 p.m. (K, 1, 3, 5); Wednesday, Sept. 30, 6:30-9:15 p.m. (2, 4, 6)

• Haycock Elementary School: Thursday, Sept. 24, 6-8:30 p.m.

• Kent Gardens Elementary School: Wednesday, Sept. 16, 5:30-8:30 p.m.

• Langley High School: Thursday, Sept. 10, 7-9 p.m. (11, 12); Wednesday, Sept. 16, 7-9 p.m. (9, 10)

• Lemon Road Elementary School: Thursday, Sept. 24, 6:30-8 p.m.

• Longfellow Middle School: Monday, Sept. 21, 6-8 p.m.
