Upscale Clothing Stores Closing In NoVA: Report

An upscale department store chain is closing two stores in Northern Virginia, the Washington Business Journal reported Wednesday. One store will lay off 117 employees effective Jan. 31, while the other will lay off 79 employees when it closes Christmas Eve, according to the report.
