• Sunrise Senior Living proposes McLean expansion in place of approved condos (ffxnow.com) — A McLean office park on Chain Bridge Road may become a 145-unit Sunrise independent living complex instead of previously approved condos, expanding the existing Sunrise at McLean Village community. The proposal keeps promised pedestrian upgrades and parks, targets McLean's growing senior population, and could free up single-family homes as older residents downsize into downtown McLean.
