Unfreeze Now, Probe Advisory Opinion Later

What do you get when the Washington Board of Trade and the Nonprofit Roundtable of Greater Washington agree on a topic?  

A letter like this.  Their message is clear and concise - unfreeze the funds promised and have the General Assembly investigate the constitutional question before their next budget cycle.  

I agree with Chuck and Jim. Do you?
