Give yourself one hour every Wednesday to deepen your breath, strengthen your core and upper body, stretch from top to bottom, and completely relax. Using yoga postures that focus on improving balance, alignment, and posture — you will gain flexibility, release tension, tone the whole body, build core strength, and leave feeling rejuvenated and energized.
Open to adults at any level of practice. Please bring a yoga mat, yoga strap, and 2 yoga blocks.
