Pedestrian Assaulted, Robbed on Richmond Highway: Police
Three suspects assaulted victim and took property, police said.
Fairfax County Police say that a pedestrian was assaulted and robbed in the early hours Wednesday morning.
The incident took place Wednesday at about 2:48 a.m. in the 8200 block of Richmond Highway, according to police.
The victim was walking and was approached by three men, police said. The suspects assaulted the victim, took property and fled, according to police. The victim incurred non-life-threatening injuries.

The first suspect was described as black, 25 to 30 years of age, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 160 pounds, wearing a tank-top and shorts, police said. The two other suspects were described as black males.
