Tucked away in the corner of the Cooper Square shopping center, Bark Ave. Pet Spa caters to furry friends. It may not be Park Avenue and the clientele may not tote shopping bags from Bloomingdales, but owner Blaise Bartosavage ensures that each pet gets individual attention.
Bartosavage took over Bark Ave. three months ago when the original owners moved on to new ventures. Since taking over the business, he has worked tirelessly to make it Mount Vernon's premier dog grooming destination. One of his goals is to improve customer service and to educate pet owners about maintaining good nutrition for their pets.
