Freedom Hill Administrators, Fairfax City, Salute Teachers With Positive Signs

Freedom Hill Elementary principal Nicholas Zapadka and assistant principal Eric Kopacz celebrated the hard work of their entire staff by traveling throughout Northern Virginia and beyond to place a sign where each staff member lives. The sign reads, “A Virtually Unstoppable Teacher Works Here!” and graces nearly 100 homes from Lovettesville in the west, to Centreville in the south, to Alexandria in the east. These signs were well received by staff as an appreciation of their hard work to launch the school year and has helped build school spirit and community during distance learning.
