Young Girls Conspire To Kill Fellow Student: PWC Police
Two preteen girls are facing criminal charges after conspiring to kill a fellow student at an undisclosed county school, according to Prince William County Police. The girls, 11 and 10, were each charged with one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.
