HERNDON, VA -- A suspect is facing a litany of charges after an extraordinary series of events that culminated in a major crash in Herndon Wednesday night, according to a report.

State Police Chase After Woman Shot Ends In I-95 Stafford Crash

STAFFORD, VA — A man shot and killed a woman Thursday in the area of Heron Drive and then led police on an Interstate 95 chase. During the chase he shot at Virginia State Police and Stafford County officers — none were hit — and crashed in Stafford County. He was transported to an area hospital.
