A co-work space that offers childcare is opening in January in the Vienna area.
Play, Work or Dash, LLC, founded by local blogger and entrepreneur Nicole Dash, will open its doors Jan. 4, offering parents support to pursue work without worrying about who will watch the kids.
Dash, a mother of four and author of the blog Tiny Steps Mommy, said in a news release announcing the launch of her business that she wants to create a solution to a problem she knew existed among parents who were also entrepreneurs.

“As a creative person who is also an entrepreneur, I understand how important it is to pursue your dreams and work toward your professional goals,” she said.
Dash, who also brings nearly 10 years of childcare experience to this project said, “As someone who has cared for other people’s children in my home-based daycare for nearly 10 years, I knew that I could put together a quality program for children that would help parents feel secure enough to push forward their entrepreneurial goals and dreams.”

Play, Work or Dash will provide a variety of services, such as an open office area, onsite supervised childcare, drop-off childcare options, ongoing workshops and networking opportunities and a rentable conference room.
