The restaurant will continue its tradition of fresh Naan, baked to order, proteins grilled daily in a tandoor oven, fresh rice bowls topped with house-made paneer, refreshing mango and rose lassis using fresh made yogurt, and hand-made samosas.
- What’s new, for the Vienna area location: More salad options including spinach, arugula, romaine and mixed green varieties to customize any salad bowl.
- What’s notable: Chaat Papri is a unique and authentic Indian street food option, featuring a bowl of crunchy naan chips topped with chickpeas, onions and choice of curries for Indian style nachos. Another fun mash-up, the Naan Pizza, allows diners to pick their toppings and create a uniquely flavored version of a classic dish.
- What’s fussy: All curries are vegan-based and bowls can be customized to accommodate any food restrictions including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and halal.
- What’s house-made: Everything (except the chicken and lamb for kabobs and bowls).
