Man’s Plan to Retrieve His Kids Backfires in Stafford: Police

A man had a plan Saturday night to retrieve his children from his estranged wife at the Walmart on 125 Washington Square Plaza, and it worked until it didn't, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Casey Donald Deane Irvin, 37, of White Oak Road, was charged after he allegedly cut both passenger side tires of the victim's vehicle.
