• BOE approves auction; sells FIS building to Christian academy (wvnews.com) — In a key move for local education and property use, the Mineral County Board of Education in Keyser approved selling the former Frankfort Intermediate School building to Messiah Christian Academy for $515,000 and will re-auction the remaining parcels. The board also plans to keep Wiley Ford’s land and lease it to Mineral County Parks & Rec so public ballfields remain available.
