• Michael Lee Freeman, 43, of Novato, was arrested when he went to Kaiser Permanente San Rafael Medical Center with the alleged victim.

Missing Woman With Alzheimer's Disease Found Safe, San Rafael Police Say

• Erlene Flagg, 99, was last seen leaving her San Rafael home in a Ford Escape. She may have been headed to Graton Resort in Rohnert Park.

Vegetation Fire Burns In Novato

• The blaze reportedly broke out on a hillside behind Oliva Drive in Novato.
