NEW CANAAN, CT — The Jennifer Farber Dulos murder case will be the subject of an episode of the show "48 Hours" at 10 p.m. on Saturday on CBS, the network announced. Click here to view a preview of the episode.

During the show, which will feature interviews with members of law enforcement who investigated the case, Claudia Marmol, a sister of Michelle Troconis, will be interviewed. Troconis was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder in the case last month.

Marmol has proclaimed her sister's innocence throughout the recent trial, and lays the blame for Jennifer Dulos' murder on the late Fotis Dulos, Jennifer's estranged husband. The Duloses were in the midst of a bitter divorce and custody fight over their five children at the time of Jennifer's disappearance.

"Unfortunately, he fooled all of us," Marmol told CBS correspondent Erin Moriarty of Fotis Dulos. "At the beginning, he was this amazing guy. But it turns out, he was this monster."

Troconis was Fotis' girlfriend when Jennifer vanished, and she was accused of assisting Fotis in the murder plot and cover up. She is seeking a dismissal of the conviction and a new trial, but on May 31, she is scheduled to be sentenced, at which time she could face as much as 50 years in prison.

Jennifer Dulos vanished from her New Canaan home on May 24, 2019, and her body has not been found. She was officially declared dead by a probate judge late last year.

Fotis Dulos was charged with kidnapping and murdering Jennifer, but he never stood trial, because he took his own life in January 2020.

A second defendant in the case, Kent Mawhinney, a former friend of Fotis Dulos, was also charged with conspiracy to commit murder, but his trial date has not yet been set.
