A 34-year-old Carrollwood man was charged with DUI early Thursday morning following a wrong-way driving incident on the Veterans Expressway.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Daniel Palmer was heading northbound in the southbound lanes near Memorial Highway around 3:24 a.m. Deputies were able to pull over the gold Toyota Camry Palmer was driving in the area of Wilskey Boulevard.
