• Crews extinguish fire after 60-foot catamaran erupts in flames at Fort Lauderdale marina (wsvn.com) — Firefighters in Fort Lauderdale quickly contained a weekend blaze that engulfed a 60-foot catamaran near the 100 block of Hendricks Isle along the Las Olas waterway. Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue spent about 90 minutes fully knocking down the flames, limiting damage to nearby boats and reporting no injuries while investigators continue searching for the cause.
