Venue Changed in Hot Car Death Trial
Cobb Superior Court Judge Mary Staley has granted a motion to move the trial of Justin Ross Harris outside of metro Atlanta. Attorneys for Harris, accused of intentionally leaving his 22-month-old son in a hot car to die back in 2014, said their client could not get a fair trial in Cobb because of media attention and scrutiny.

Dunwoody United Methodist Church was the scene for the first funeral for the group of UGA students who were killed last week in an Oconee County crash.
The service for Dunwoody's Halle Grace Scott, 19, was held Sunday at the church. Scott not only was a member, but also served on mission trips. She was also a 2014 graduate of Dunwoody High School, as well as an honor student and cheerleader, according to her online obituary.
The search for a Snellville man who went missing on Lake Lanier on Saturday continued Monday. But, as of about 4 p.m., it continued to drag on with no success.
