Councilwoman Dr. Cathy Cook, joined by department heads and local officials, used the forum to fulfill her campaign promise of regular, face-to-face conversations with neighbors.

2. Plans include new roundabouts, multiuse trails, sidewalks, and safer crossings, with construction expected to start in 2029 and last about two years. Residents can still email feedback to the city's planning department.

3.
