Lowe Deontae Payne, 23, turned himself in to police. It marked the third murder arrest in Paulding County in just over a week.

DALLAS, GA — A Paulding County man is in custody after authorities say he shot and killed another man near a subdivision tennis court in Dallas this week.
Lowe Deontae Payne, 23, turned himself in to Dallas Police Department detectives at about 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, authorities say. Payne is accused of shooting and killing 20-year-old Carldrake Finister on Monday at Vista Lake subdivision in Dallas.
Dallas Police had secured arrest warrants for Payne after the shooting, which they say stemmed from some type of dispute between the two men. Payne is being held without bond at Paulding County Jail and is charged with one count of felony murder and one count of aggravated assault.
