“Over the weekend, Detectives got information that the pair were in Cobb County,” PCSO Cpl. Ashley Henson said in the news release. “When Detectives went to investigate, they located Bentley in a residential neighborhood in Mableton, GA. Once they tried to make contact with him, he fled on foot ultimately getting away from Detectives.”

According to the sheriff’s office, after speaking with the family it was determined the teens “were not missing and were actively trying to hide from authorities and their families.”

The teens may be with Bentley’s biological mother, Nicole Bentley Spiaggi, who does not have custody of Bentley, and also has an active warrant out of Cobb County for probation violation.

If you have any information on the whereabouts of Bentley and Curl, call the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office Juvenile Investigations Division at 770-443-3016.
