Mourners Attend Vigil for Murdered Family Members

Family and friends of the victims in a tragic murder-suicide earlier this month near Douglasville gathered together for a tearful vigil Saturday night.

The victims — Latoya A. Andrews, Joseph Terry Brown, London Prather, 9, and Jeremiah Prather, 7 — were shot and killed Saturday Feb. 7, at 3640 Willow Tree Circle by Cedric Prather, who then turned the gun on himself. He was Andrews’ ex-husband and father of the two children. Two other children were seriously wounded.
