Man Fatally Shot at Harbour House: Annapolis Police

A Glen Burnie man died of a gunshot wound Thursday night; it is the city's first homicide of 2015.

A Glen Burnie man died of a gunshot wound Thursday night in the parking lot at Harbour House, a public housing area in Annapolis, reports say.

Annapolis Police officers received a call that a person was injured and might have been shot in the 900 block of President Street. They found the 39-year-old victim, who had been shot. He was taken to Anne Arundel Medical Center, where he later died.

The man’s death is the first homicide in Annapolis in 2015, reports the Capital-Gazette. No arrests have been made.

Police said they will release more information later Friday.
