Arlington Grand Jury Indictments

There were two indictments with Arlington ties.

ARLINGTON, MA—District Attorney Marian Ryan announced on Tuesday indictments that were handed down between Dec. 13 and Jan. 27. Two cases with ties with Arlington ties were announced.

Frederick Gardner, 45, of Atlanta, Georgia, was charged with larceny over $250 from a person over the age of 60 and receiving stolen property over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Doug Nagengast.

Wilfredo Torres, 50, of Arlington, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine and being a habitual criminal, possession of a Class B substance, possession of ammunition. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestya.
