Overdoses And Dog Bites: Arlington Police Log
Between Monday, June 26 and Thursday, June 29, police responded to two overdoses and several reports of dog bites.

ARLINGTON, MA — All of the following is taken from the Arlington Police log, which is public but not detailed. They represent a portion of what kinds of calls the police respond to and are highlighted here for the public to see what types of calls the police respond to. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. See the bottom for the full log police make public.

Monday, June 26
Vandal?: At 7:05 a.m. someone on Summer Street called to report somebody may have damaged their car on purpose. Police took a report. At 1:56 they took another report for something similar on Summer Street and near the bike path. Some 10 minutes later someone called in to report what they thought was a suspicious person on Summer Street.

Break in: At 8:02 a.m. someone on Selkirk Drive called to report a theft. Police filled out a report for breaking and entering at night, which is a felony.
Stealing: Someone reported a theft on Freemont Street at 4:05 p.m. And police took a report.

Tuesday, June 27
Disturbance: Just after midnight police went to Pond Lane to investigate a report of a disturbance.
Dead animals: Just after noon police received two calls about a dead animal, one on Summer Street and the other at Lake Street.
Arrest: Just before 6:30 p.m. police pulled someone over for a traffic violation and cited them for unlicensed operation of a car.
Missing: Police wrote up four missing persons reports for individuals who went missing from Mass Ave.

Wednesday, June 28
Overdose: Someone called to report an overdose on Mary Street around 11:15 a.m. Police filled out a report.
Dog bites: Two reports of a dog biting someone came in, one on Magnolia and the other on Lennon. Police put both dogs under quarantine.
Fugitive?: Someone was arrested on Franklin Street and charged on a warrant for being a fugitive from justice.

Thursday, June 29
Disturbance: Someone reported a disturbance at Arlington High School at 12:20 a.m.
Break in: Someone reported a break in on Hathaway Circle.
Overdose: At 11:43 p.m. someone reported an overdose on Mass Ave.
