Mass. Residents Arrested on Shoplifting, Bail Jumping, Other Charges in NH

Rockingham County Sheriff arrested Canton, Peabody, East Boston, Salisbury, Gloucester, Dennisport residents on various charges last month.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office in New Hampshire.

Mark J. Bacon, 32, of Will Drive in Canton, MA, was arrested on April 27, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a probation hearing on an original charge of forgery.

Carla J. Janvrin, 41, of Folly Mill Road in Salisbury, MA, was arrested on April 27, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP hearing on an original charge of shoplifting.

Thomas J. Mignanelli, 35, of Southhampton Street in East Boston, MA, was arrested on April 27, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of vehicle theft.

Sara A. Fitzgerald, 27, of Silver Lake Street in Bellingham, MA, was arrested on April 24, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a review of an original charge of possession of Tramadol.

Troy R. Beers, 27, of Lowell Street in Peabody, MA, was arrested on April 19, 2017, on a fugitive from justice warrant.

Barry J. Troy, 55, of Washington Street in Gloucester, MA, was arrested on April 19, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment on an original charge of receiving stolen property and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.

Jake G. Todisco, 25, of Depot Road in Dennisport, MA, was arrested on April 18, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for bail jumping, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the pretrial hearing on an original charge of reckless conduct with a motor vehicle, and on a judge’s order to arrest for shoplifting.

Benjamin M. Bryant, 27, of Taft Street in Salisbury, MA, was arrested on April 17, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at disp on an original charge of shoplifting and on a judge’s order to arrest on a second warrant for bail jumping on an original charge of shoplifting.
