Irish Song Circle (DROP-IN!)

Come step into the Irish Song Circle, where singers of all kinds are invited to explore the traditional and contemporary world of Irish singing with two of the area's most dynamic "trad" singers. This weekly 75-minute session will begin with gentle warm ups to suit the folk singer and will provide each participant with an opportunity to share a song on which he or she has been working. Each week, a new song will be taught by ear (the traditional way!) Drawing from years of experience as performers and teachers of Irish traditional music, both Simmons and Heaton come with a fresh welcoming approach, to empower singers and offer new ideas for old ballads. All levels of experience are welcome. Class size limited to 10.

Registration in advance is $84 for both Members & Non-Members.  
Registration at the door is $17 per workshop.
