Tobacco including smokeless tobacco and alcohol use are the highest risk factors for head and neck cancers. People who use both tobacco and alcohol are at a greater risk than those who use each separately. Join Hallmark Health System for a free oral head and neck cancer screening on Thursday, Aug. 21, 5 to 7 p.m. at the CHEM Center for Radiation Oncology, 48 Montvale Ave. in Stoneham. Participants will be evaluated by Hallmark Health System physicians and have your questions and concerns addressed. To register, call 781-279-0655. Registration is required.
