Fundraiser for Injured Medford Teen Friday

Eric Ferrazzani is currently paralyzed from the waist down after suffering a neck injury in the Dominican Republic on his senior trip.

The Medford community is coming together Friday night to support Eric Ferrazzani, a 2014 Medford High graduate who suffered a traumatic neck injury in a pool in the Dominican Republic on his senior trip in late June.

Ferrazzni, who planned to join the U.S. Marine Corps, is currently paralyzed from the waist down and has upper body weakness. He has had two neck surgeries, one in the Dominican Republic, and is currently being treated at Spaulding Rehabilitation.

  • What: Eric Almighty Benefit, to support Eric Ferrazzani Benefit Fund
  • When: 7-11 p.m., Friday, Aug. 22, 2014
  • Where: Medford Elks, 12 Washington St., Medford
  • More: The event is 21 and older. There will be a DJ, silent and live auctions, raffles and a cash bar.
  • Tickets: $20 per ticket, or reserve a table for 10 people for $200. Please supply your table with your favorite snack.
