Medford Arrests: Nov. 26-Dec. 5

Thursday, Dec. 5

[Name Withheld], 32, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. Thursday at 124 Fourth St. and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Tuesday, Dec. 3

John Aylward, 49, of 30 Linden St., Medford, was arrested at 8:36 p.m. Tuesday at 30 Linden St. on warrants for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, larceny from a person and intimidating a witness.

Jorge DaSilva, 31, of 2 Porter Ave., Revere, was arrested at 5:01 p.m. Tuesday on Main Street and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Monday, Dec. 2

Katie Bates, 20, of 3610 Mystic Valley Parkway, Medford, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. Monday on Gibson Street on warrants for assault and battery on a police officer (two counts), assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

Friday, Nov. 29

Juan Cruz, 22, of 72 Alexander Ave., Medford, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Friday at 12 Gordon Road and charged with assault and destruction of property over $250.

Wednesday, Nov. 27

Tahey Benalia, 46, of 190 High St., Medford, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Wednesday at 2151 Mystic Valley Parkway and charged with larceny over $250.

Carlos Rivera, 29, of 165 Cottage St., Chelsea, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday on Magoun Avenue and charged with possession to distribute a Class C drug, possession of a Class A drug, conspiracy to violate the drug law, failure to stop/yield and having a child 6-12 without a seatbelt.

Tuesday, Nov. 26

John McGuigan, 46, of 661 Fellsway, Medford, was arrested at 11:18 p.m. Tuesday at 661 Fellsway and charged with assault and battery. McGuigan also had warrants for having an unregistered motor vehicle and an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer.

Ashley Moran, 29, of 344 Summer St., Malden, was arrested at 8:31 p.m. Tuesday at 3850 Mystic Valley Parkway and charged with larceny over $250.
