A 35-year-old Medford man has pleaded guilty to dealing PCP, according to a Friday release from the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office.

Herschel Senor was sentenced by Middlesex Superior Court Judge Heidi Brieger to 2.5 years in prison. Senor will serve one year of the sentence and then be released and have the remainder of his sentence suspended for three years (he’ll have to stay out of trouble for three years to avoid serving the remaining 1.5 years).

Senor allegedly tried to sell PCP to a member of a large illegal drug operation in Malden.

Authorities have arrested 10 other men in connection with that drug operation, which allegedly trafficked at least 400 pounds of marijuana, with a street value of more than $1 million, into Massachusetts. Nine of the other men are from Malden; one is from Northern California, where the marijuana originated, according to authorities.

The other men, one of whom has already pleaded guilty, are facing a variety of drug and weapons charges.
