MA man indicted for ID fraud in Merrimack, alleged welfare fraudster indicted for selling EBT card, Nashua man indicted for aggravated DWI.
NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:
Angel Oquendo-Adorno, 39, with a last known address of Lexington Street in East Boston, MA, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, disobeying an officer, two counts of resisting arrest or detention, and control of a vehicle where a controlled drug is kept, on Jan. 30, 2016, in Nashua.

Stephanie Alamo, 28, of Spit Brook Road in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-oxycodone on March 2, 2016, in Nashua.

Amaurys R. Bautista, 24, of Franklin Street in Lynn, MA, for three felony counts of identity fraud. On Jan. 13, 2016, in Merrimack, he allegedly posed as another person and defrauded American Eagle, Ralph Polo, and Solstice Sunglasses at the Merrimack Premium Outlets.
Jordan Leishman, 28, of Birch Road in Peterborough, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine on Jan. 21, 2016, in Nashua.
Monique Lopez, 36, of North State Street in Concord, for felony welfare fraud for alleging selling and transferring Food Stamp Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT), totaling $191.40, to Jeffrey Ceria in Nashua on March 15, 2015.
Garang Lual, 28, of Pearl Street in Manchester, for felony forgery for allegedly uttering a charge from HW Staffing Solutions with the purpose of defrauding Bellweather Community Credit Union.
Michael Marquis, 49, incarcerated, for five felony sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, heroin, and felony sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin. On Sept. 15, Sept. 17, and Oct. 9, 2015, he allegedly sold the drugs and counterfeit drug in Nashua.
Jose Martinez, 20, incarcerated, for felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-fentanyl, heroin. He allegedly worked in concert with Wilmy Taveras and/or Alex Diaz on Jan. 28, 2016, in Milford.
Craig Michaud, 42, of Cadogan Way in Nashua, for two counts of felony aggravated driving while intoxicated for allegedly driving on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack on Sept. 12, 2015, with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more and causing serious bodily injury to another person.
Tam Mitchell, 38, of Fourth Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-alprazolam on Jan. 19, 2016, in Nashua.
Adam Money, 27, of Wason Road in Hudson, for two counts of felony criminal threatening for allegedly terrorizing two other man on Jan. 22, 2016, by threatening to stab while displaying a knife.
