Alleged Central NH Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup

​A Concord woman indicted on welfare fraud, a Pembroke mom indicted for allegedly pointing gun at her daughter, and alleged robber indicted.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Richard Flanders, 37, pictured lower right, of Concord Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, Alprazolam with intent to dispense and felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on April 20, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted for possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in October 2016.

David Foote, 50, pictured lower center, of Blackberry Way in Manchester, three felony counts of robbery and a felony count of receiving stolen property as well as two counts of theft by deception and receiving stolen property. The charges stem from alleged incidents Sears, Sunoco, and Z&J Market in Manchester on April 20, April 21, and April 26, 2017, and pawned items at Good Still and Mickey’s Buy and Sell.

Heather Fournier, 30, of Rolfe Street in Concord, for felony welfare fraud. Between Sept. 1, 2014, and Dec. 31, 2016, in Manchester, she alleged gave false statements or misrepresented information about a household member to receive benefits. Angel Gonzalez Acevedo, 36, pictured lower left, of Beech Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin allegedly on March 13, 2017, in Manchester.

John Gray, 36, of Lake Avenue, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and attempt to commit crime of manufacture of methamphetamine, both felonies, allegedly on April 7, and April 12, 2017, in Manchester.

Samantha Grenier, 27, pictured right middle, of Quirin Street in Manchester, for felony bail jumping. She was released on bail after being arrested on reckless conduct and criminal restraint charges but allegedly failed to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North on June 7, 2017, in Manchester.

Chadd Gugliotta, 27, center, of Conant Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on four felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine with intent to dispense, seven felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Alprazolam, Buprenorphine, Clonazepam, Oxycodone, Diazepam, Oxycodone, and felonious use of a firearm – a Ruger 9 mm pistol – allegedly on Feb. 23, and May 8, 2017, in Manchester.

Keith Haskell, 37, pictured left middle, of Hazelton Court in Manchester, for felony armed career criminal, felonious use of a firearm, two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine with intent to sell, felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, felon in possession allegedly on March 29, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of drug dealing in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in 2008.

Jonathon Higgins, 24, of Beech Street in Manchester, for felony robbery allegedly on Feb. 6, 2017, in Manchester.

Michael Hughes, 26, pictured upper right, of Grove Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine with intent to sell allegedly on May 9, 2017.

Evamarie Kousios, 50, pictured upper center, of Melissa Drive in Pembroke, for felony criminal threatening for allegedly brandishing a firearm at her daughter on March 16, 2017, in Manchester.
