2 Concord Sex Offenders Face Felony Failure To Comply Knowingly Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Brian Thomas Bilodeau, 64, of Concord was arrested at 2:46 a.m. on April 18, 2024, on bail jumping and sex offender registration; failure to comply-knowingly-subsequent charges, both felonies. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Canton Circle. Bilodeau also has active duty to inform-alias/name, registration of sex offender, failure to comply, failure to comply-subsequent, common nuisance, and six felony acts prohibited charges making their way through superior court. Bilodeau is a sex offender due to aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault victim under 16 convictions from August 1991.

Taher A. Bashir, born 2005, of Manchester received a summons at 1:23 a.m. on April 17 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Jeffrey M. Spoor, born 1943, of Concord received a summons at 9:19 a.m. on April 15 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Michael’s at 86 D’Amante Drive.

Nicolau S. Noel, born 1994, of Concord received a summons at 11:40 a.m. on April 12 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation at Speedway at 15 Hall St.

Jeffrey A. Douillette, 42, of Pittsfield received a summons at 3:06 p.m. on April 11 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Ronald F. Delgaudio, 52, of Concord was arrested at 8:33 a.m. on April 8 on a felony sex offender registration; failure to comply-knowingly-subsequent charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Delgaudio is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault-victim under 16 but over 13 conviction from August 1995 in Naples 20th Circuit Court in Florida.

Timothy Joe Burnett, 38, of Concord was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on April 6 on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident or investigation on Washington Street.

Kayla A. Dziura, born 1998, of Hooksett was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on April 7 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and an uninspected vehicle violation after an incident or investigation at 147 Loudon Road.

Jason S. Farrell, 44, of Concord was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on April 2 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

David Kimani Mwangi, born 2004, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. on March 30 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Steeplegate Mall at 270 Loudon Road.

Cre Clay, 28, of Boscawen was arrested at 5:24 p.m. on March 28 on resisting arrest or detention and three simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Sarah Elizabeth Keith, 39, of Concord was arrested at noon on March 20 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident or investigation at Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Justin Michael Greenwood, born 1979, of Laconia received a summons at 9:20 a.m. on March 19 on a disorderly conduct charge as well as following too closely and unlawful passing on the right violations after an incident or investigation at 354 Sheep Davis Road.
